Prayer and a Pompom Wreath

My second post today First one is Bless You!
Create Along With Us: December 2016
 Dawn’s Card

Hi friends! Hope your December is a good one for you so far! I took a bit of a break from blogs and created this wreath. Sorry I know I have been missing all your beautiful projects, sorry!

A few weeks ago jennifermcguireink shared that she was making lots of pompoms, well I had to get in on it too! I had so much fun making them and kinda knew all along I wanted to make a wreath. I wish you could see this in person, I am SO in love with this wreath! I used different kinds of yarn, some thin, thick and fine. I wanted slight variations of cream to white This is so addictive and not a good idea to get into with so much going on before Christmas.
Now all my girls want one, they will have to wait.
I also made many just to put on Christmas gifts and will do the same for Birthdays etc.
How many of you got hooked after seeing Jennifer’s post on Instagram, like me?

Simon Says: Let There Be Snow

Ok, quickly back to my card for Papertrey Ink, I recreated Dawns
card using the products I already have. I did some embossing and used my Zig pens right on the stamp.

  16. Just gorgeous case of Dawn's card, and add me to your list of wants for the pom wreath (Ha!) Now I'll have to watch the video, or see the post of how-to. Do NOT need another thing to do right now. Oh well. Love the wreath. Simply stunning in soft creams. Hope your holiday is full of family love!

  23. Stunning wreath and card. I did not see Jennifer's pom pom post, but I did buy a little pom pom maker at Michaels the other day. It would be a lot of work to make all those pom poms, but what a beautiful wreath, and you will have it forever.

  25. Echoing the others in praising your gorgeous wreath! And the pom pom wreath: LOVE! Unique and lovely! I want to get a pom pom making thing-a-ma-jig for my niece; perhaps I'll find one when I'm in the 'big city' visiting my family! I think I could become just a 'wee' bit pom pom addicted!

  26. Hello there! I pinned your pretty card and found your pom-pom wreath! I resisted running out to buy the pom-pom maker after seeing Jennifer's video. I couldn't quite visualize it. But now I'm convinced! I will start the new year making Pom-Poms! I love your idea of mixing the yarns. Blessings to you in the new year, Mary Beth.
