Saint Nick!

Photo by Kara( Thank you so much !)

Welcome to another wonderful 12 Kits of Occasions Kit!
This months kit was sent from  Kim   I dug into this kit right away just to make one card and then I just kept making one after another. I had to stop myself! Thank you Kim for such a fun and beautiful kit. I loved the large embossed retro Santa.

I love adding Glossy Accents to Santa’s glasses.

I can’t see the bell of the first St. Nick

I Should Be Cleaning!

by Ashley Cannon Newell. Ashley made a gorgeous card.

Hello friends! I am sneaking in here today with a tag. I should be cleaning for Thanksgiving. I went in to clean my craft room and got distracted, then decided to make a quick card for MIM and Merry Mondays. I am not even sure if I can enter a tag for MM. ( I kept it red, white and green just in case)

I stamped my own plaid, maybe my first time.

Thank you so much for stopping by. If I don’t get back in the craft room before Thursday I want to wish all my American friends a very Happy and Blessed Thanksgiving.

Thank you for all you kind comments on my tag and bell cards.

Thankful For Kind People

Play Here

Hello ! Happy you could stop by today. The challenge is Thankful and you might be wondering why I have a golf themed card. The design team was also asked to use a non craft item on their card.

I found this 3/4 in punch worked perfectly for my layered golf ball!
I added Glossy Accents to the top, it was not quite dry yet.

Well, I chose a golf themed card because I am very thankful that after a very stressful week at work that my husband golfs every Sunday  with his good friend. There is an older couple that lives on the golf course and they often talk to my husband and his friend and they even make them breakfast! My husband loves his golf.  I golf too but not much anymore. I stay home and use the time for crafting.

I went looking in the junk drawer for inspiration and when I saw this tee I knew that I would be making a golf themed  thank you card.

The sale this week is free shipping on any U S order of 15$ or more. What a great deal ! Usually you have to spend way more for free shipping.

I have three layers of the wood die and I added a bit of Wink of Stella pen for the sine.

You should have arrived from Karen Amidon’s blog.

I made these cards weeks ago, as soon as I received the new stamps and dies in the mail.

Next on the hop is Miriam Napier

Gingham Ombre

One more card for MIM, that I made a few days ago.

Moxie Fab World

Hello, I made this second card on Monday.
Yesterday was spent at my daughters house (the one with the 6 children) We made Papertrey Ink Tinsel and Tag snow globe ornaments with the girls. Two of the girls wanted to make more than one. Funny, our GD with down syndrome made her own  globe and did a beautiful job but she was done after one.  Delaney always gives everything a try but once and then she is done! She just makes me laugh, they all do. I never had a free moment to even a single picture . Sorry!

This card was made with an oldie stamp set from Papertrey Ink  and a favorite Christmas sentiment. Then I added a bit of liquid gold pen to the star and trunk. The tree is made of three layers.

Thanks so much for stopping by and I cannot believe I am 9 followers away from 200. I am so grateful for all of you dear followers!
