December 12 Kits Of Christmas

This Month’s kit was sent to us from
Wow the year has flown by . This has been so much fun.
Getting a new kit in the mail at the end of every month.
I just want to thank you all.

This is the picture of the Kit taken by Kara.

I had so much fun with this kit , Sharron.
Thank You! I enjoyed the snowman , bird and pine branch, the best
I could make those cards all day!

Love this little guy! Not sure you can see ..... but, I added Glossy Accents to his mittens, ear muffs and a bit on the broom and handle… I love that stuff.

This little guy was fun and easy to color. I added
Glossy Accents to the mug and a bit on the scarf.

This little tag went on a bag on candy.

This is how the card looked at first , I thought it was a bit busy
so I redid the card. Not too sure which one I like.

I love my snowman cards and I had so much fun making them.
I just might have to make a new purchase… :)

I am sad to say Cathy and Suzanne are leaving the 12 kits of Christmas. We will miss you and your amazing talent .   On a happy note we will be welcoming two new members next month. Be sure to check back at the end of February to find out who they are.

Pirate for Christmas & vist with friends

Yep, this little guy is going on a Christmas gift!

I am thinking Bailey, one of my granddaughters  might be the one getting this on her gift.

This little guy Pirate Puppy Cling Set is a Halloween stamp from Serendipity Stamps. I just got him and I was not going to wait to use him.. I knew I wouldn't . So I dressed and blinged him up so he could go on a Christmas gift for one of my grandchildren. I went a little crazy with the Glossy Accents … I just love that stuff for adding detail. His shirt is even glossy. I still might stamp Merry Christmas across the bottom. I just had good old plain FUN making this card……

Some of you know already that I got to meet up with Joyce: Cards-by-the-Sea and Cathy: EmptyNestCrafter. It was so nice to see them in person again. We never stopped talking and had so much fun. We had the nice guy sitting next to us take a photo for each of us. ( Joyce I used yours) not too sure what is going on with my bangs:) must be the rain.  We decided this will be our tradition.
The girls brought sweet gifts too. Yours must  have had a hole in the bag Joyce because when I got home to take the picture it seemed to have been missing some candy :). Cathy said she didn't have time to make much and ended up making a beautiful candy bar folder . I feel very blessed to have such wonderful friends from blogging. I wish I could meet in person with all of you.

This card was easy to make. I embossed my stamped image, then dry embossed with the snow folder from Cuttlebug, added a layer of Frostyville Snow from Memory Box dies. I used a strip of tape on the edge and then glitter.

I just loved the card Melissa made for MIM today. Patchwork die cuts. I just went in my craft room and made this card before I cleaned up my mess.  I decided to try the sewing , I can sew just not very good on paper.  I used the Papertrey Ink - Christmas Tree Die ,Fancy Flourishes Stamp Set andThink Big Favorites #20 Mini Stamp Set. the paper is PTI Rustic White.
Now I have to clean up my mess , then I am going to checkin in on all the blogs I missed this weekend.

Tomorrow I get to meet up again, with Cathy: EmptyNestCrafter and Joyce: Cards-by-the-Sea

ColourQ Shoes

Dress Up Shoes

A quick post for today. I made this little note card for ColourQ . You cant really see in the photo but I outlined or shadowed the image in a sage color. I used Dress Up Shoes and $1.00 Winter Cling Set - Version 2 from Serendipity Stamps. The Corner bow die is from Memory box. I cut the side of the bow down just a bit and spliced it, to fit my small card 3 1/2 by 3 1/2.  Added a bit of bling and done.  Oh yes I used Spellbinders Squares too.

I know we all have very heavy hearts,
Blessings to you all!

CASology Gift

Nativity... The best gift of Christmas!

When I saw that CASology was GIFT I knew just what I wanted to stamp. The best gift of Christmas.

I have so many Christmas cards with buttons and bows. From the 12 kits of Christmas.  Most of them have been hand delivered thanks to my daughters baby shower a few weeks ago.  I still have a few to mail. So this was a perfect quick card to make and easy to mail.
Yesterday  I watched a few of my grandchildren, they love to color so I stamped this image on a few pieces of card stock.  They sat quietly for 15 minutes doing their best to color it perfectly… maybe because it was baby Jesus.  They took them home before I had a chance to take a picture.
Both stamps are from Serendipity Stamp Nativity and For Unto You, paper is from Papertrey Ink!
Thank you for stopping by.

Don't forget to play along with the new ,
you can use any die for this the first challenge.

Waltzingmouse Sketch Challenge

When I went to take the photo I dropped it and it messed the edge of the ..thank you.. a bit.

Hi, I am sure everyone is so busy this time of year. I am almost
done with the shopping and wrapping of the gifts for my almost 12,
grandchildren.  Soon I will start the baking and candy making.
But I knew I would find time to use this gorgeous set Vintage Garden - Seed Packet.  Its funny... I thought I use everything but
the carnation in this set… and here it's the first stamp I use from this beautiful stamp set.  I added a  bit of a longer stem , so it would fit the challenge. I made this one red and white because it will be a Christmas Thank You, I love the font.

I hope you have a wonderful day!

This weeks sketch is from Teresa Kline, Love it!
